Dusty Harvey

Dusty Harvey was born and raised on the Kissing Horse Ranch outside of Westlock, Alberta. His family ran 300 plus registered horses at any given time and have since niched down from a breeding program to focus on select bred colts and building performance horses.
Colt starting has always been a passion of his, focusing on giving the horse a confident start, helping them to make good choices and pointing them in the right direction from day one. His program has grown so much they are currently booking two years in advance.
Born on a horse, Dusty has started over 2000 colts, put on one of the largest bronc schools in Canada, and has helped a great many learn the do’s and don’t of the equine world. He’s the brutally honest friend you didn’t know you needed.
There is no pastime outside of horses for Dusty. When he finds down time he’s roping on his favourite horse “Canner” and getting practiced up in hopes he will make it to the World Series in Vegas one day.
